The lightweight mesh fabric encourages air to circulate, whilst built-up heat escapes. This will mean that the feet will stay cool and comfortable, on those long runs. The sweat produced will also be able to exit the material, where it is then released away from the feet. Covering the toes, are overlays created with a thicker material that will prevent injuries from occurring from bumps and knocks you may receive on the trails.
